Fadli Zon Nilai Gatot Nurmantyo Will Support Prabowo-Sandi

Warta Jurnal. Gerindra Party Deputy Chairman Fadli Zon predicts former TNI Commander General (Ret.) Gatot Nurmantyo will support the pair Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno in the 2019 Presidential Election.

"I, if I look at his heart, if he feels his gesture, he [Gatot] supports us [Prabowo-Sandi]. But it will depend on him to determine his attitude," Fadli said at the parliamentary complex, Jakarta, Friday

This was conveyed by Fadli when answering the matter of his meeting with Gatot five days ago. Through uploading on his Twitter account, Fadli met with Gatot who had just returned from Solo

"Earlier I met General @Nurmantyo_Gatot otw back to Jakarta from Solo. Congratulations Umrah Mas. Together @ SangAlang_107," said Fadli on the @fadlizon account.

Gatot also did a similar upload. In a note on the @Nurmantyo_Gatot account, he said he would leave Umrah after making a pilgrimage to the tomb of his parents.

"Saturday, December 22, 2018. Thank God I had the opportunity to go to the graves of parents and in-laws in order to conduct Umrah on December 24, and when I met with the Deputy Speaker of the House (@fadlizon)," Gatot said.

Fadli said that the meeting was limited to chance. However, he hoped that in time Gatot would support Prabowo-Sandi.
"Yes, I just talked and just happened to meet. Hopefully he [Gatot] can support [Prabowo-Sandi]," he said.

Two months ago, Gatot claimed that he had not determined any support for any presidential and vice-presidential candidate pair.
Gatot said that the support would be immediately conveyed in the voting booth during the election election which was due to be held in April 2019.

"I have not determined, all is good. I choose anyone, too, later in the voting booth," Gatot said in the Monas area after attending the Assembly of Rasulullah on Tuesday
